Jay McMichen is a production manager and 2D animator based in OKC currently working at Rational Animations. Previously, they worked as a rough animator at Spindlehorse Toons on both Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss.

 

Jay prides themselves on hard work, strong organization, and empathetic team leading. By simultaneously filling the role of both a lead and crew animator, Jay can cater their project management with everyone in mind. Every new project, new shot, and new idea is a chance to grow!
